Training and Implementation
As soon your account is created, we will schedule a 30-minute training and implementation session for the members of your organization that you designate. During this session, we will verify all of your information, set servicing guidelines, funding dates and determine if you need any supplies.

Member Enrollment
Enrolling your members is easy and quick. Either enter new members online through www.membersolutions.com or one of our fully-integrated software products or fill-out and fax or mail enrollment agreement to us. We support any type of agreement or term structure you need. Once we received your new member enrollment, we employ a three step process to ensure accuracy:
  1. PREVIEW - Each new agreement is first reviewed by a verification specialist for completeness. Client Number, Last Name, Payment Terms and Auto-Renewal areas are checked and highlighted.
  2. ENTRY - A contract specialist then enters the contract. The Member Solutions system performs advanced duplicate checking, verifies math and ensures correct due dates are chosen for the method of billing chosen.

Funds Distribution
Fund collected from your members can be distributed to you via automated transfer to your bank account or by check. We highly recommend using the automated transfer option. You will have your money sooner with no risk of lost paper checks or mail delays. On the 3rd of each month, we will provide you with all available funds collected in the prior month that have not already been advanced to you. In addition, we will advance funds collected during the month on the on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th of each month. If you have an emergency and needs funds immediately, just give us a call, and we will wire you available funds right away.

Depending on the situation, we attempt to reprocess the payment, the account is loaded into our predictive dialer and called, or letters are mailed. Typically some or all of these steps are taken nearly simultaneously to affect the desired result. For really tough cases, Member Solutions works with a skilled on-site legal team to prepare and mail personalized attorney letters to facilitate payment. As a last resort, if all else fails, you have the option of sending the defaulting account to a national or regional collection agency for further action.
